Global Metal supplies premium metal products including steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and specialty metals. We also provide custom cutting, processing, and delivery services. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.
Prices quoted are valid for the specified period and subject to market fluctuations. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Taxes, delivery charges, and processing fees are additional unless explicitly included in the quotation.
Standard payment terms require 50% advance and balance before dispatch. We accept bank transfers, cheques, and cash (subject to regulations). Late payments may attract interest charges.
Delivery timelines are estimates based on product availability and location. While we strive to meet deadlines, we are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events. Risk and title pass to the customer upon delivery.
Our products meet applicable BIS and international standards. We provide test certificates upon request. Standard industry tolerances apply unless tighter specifications are agreed in writing. Customers should inspect products upon receipt.
Returns are accepted only for products that do not match specifications, have manufacturing defects, or were damaged in transit. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt. Custom-processed items are non-returnable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Metal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
